Torque Rumi is a 150m (30 floor) tall office tower, located in Kazan, Russia.
In collaboration with Dara KIRMIZITOPRAK Torque Rumi is a 150m (30 floor) tall office tower, located in Kazan, Russia. The primary structural system is a lattice structure with a column system that also serves as a lattice changing at each floor. this frame wraps the floors, rotates and expands where it meets the ground to form the base. A concrete core runs continuously vertically to stiffen the structure, remaining constant on all floors.
