Winka Dubbeldam

PennDesign Chair of Architecture WINKA DUBBELDAM lectures at ITU and discusses her idea of “New Solids” in an interview with the GAD Foundation.

Leading architect and Miller Professor and Chair of Architecture Winka Dubbeldam of PennDesign at the University of Pennsylvania lectured in Istanbul at Istanbul Technical University in February at events hosted by Global Architectural Development.

Dubbeldam shared her latest research and architectural approach in her lecture entitled "New Solids," with the eager interest of the Istanbul architecture community and students of the School of Architecture at the Istanbul Technical University.

She was interviewed on her thoughts on the current state of architecture and her work with her NYC based architecture office Archi-Tectonics by critic Gokhan Karakus of the GAD Foundation.
