Sulan Kolatan on Digital Methodologies for Design, Ecology and Technology

Architect Sulan Kolatan of KolMac LLC of New York and Adjunct Professor of Architecture at Pratt Institute School of Architecture was featured on GAD Foundation’s Instagram Live platform to discuss her recent work and  architecture studio classes at Pratt Insititute. Speaking with architecture critic Gokhan Karakus, Kolatan described her new Silk Road project that uses digital tools to create open ended architecture drawings based on Chinese scroll  techniques. Kolatan also spoke on her transdisciplinary research focusing on the intersection of design, ecology, and technology.
