GAD Architecture has been honored with the Green GOOD DESIGN Sustainability Award 2024 for its Polat Levent Exclusive project in the category of Green Architecture
Founded in Chicago in 1950, The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies and The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design aim to identify and promote the world's most significant examples of sustainable design. This year, the program recognized architectural, landscape architecture, urban planning, and design projects from over 32 countries worldwide, presenting new perspectives on sustainability and environmental awareness.
Designed by Gokhan Avcioglu and GAD Architecture, the Polat Levent Exclusive project has won the international "Green Good Design Sustainability Award" among global green architectural projects. Located in Istanbul's Levent district, the project stands out with its design that harmonizes with the area's detached residential fabric and its landscaping amidst greenery. It reflects Levent's tranquil and independent lifestyle with its private floor pools and gardens. Additionally, the development comprising residences, home offices, and commercial units offers a versatile solution aligned with the requirements of modern living.
