Gokhan Avcioglu was interviewed in a far-ranging discussion with the Milliyet newspaper’s weekend magazine, Milliyet Pazar, 25 July, 2021. Seyhan Akinci and Ozlem Ulku of Milliyet interviewed Avcioglu focusing on today’s Bodrum; its architecture, lifestyle, nature and inhabitants. Avcioglu stressed the importance of Bodrum as a tourist and lifestyle destination in its architectural, cultural, historic and archaeological features: “Bodrum has and will always be a presence.”
